The British Slave Trade: Abolition, Parliament and People

Today, I went to Portcullis House, Westminster for the celebration of the ‘Imagined Voices’ project that I’ve been involved with. The creative writing project has been run by Rommi Smith, this year’s Parliamentary Writer in Residence and marks the bicentennial anniversary of the abolition of slavery.
